WHAT IS A HYDRAULIC PRESS?

Pumps for pressing the oil are turned and press oil into the system. Cylinders are moved (linear movement) with oil and the moving part connected to the cylinder moves up and down. The machines are suitable for mass production and works fast. Hydraulic press’ speed and tonnage are changeable because of amount of oil sent to cylinder is manageable.

These presses have 2 type work position;

Manual (stepped) and foot pedal (automatic).

In manual working, press moved up and down as long as you press the button.

In hydraulic press;

  • Power is constant throughout the stroke.
  • Stroke is changeable and manageable.
  • Speed of the machine is changeable.
  • There is not overload danger because movement stops when the desired value is reached.

HYDRAULIC WORKSHOP PRESSES

These are the main machines used for all kinds of straightening, squeezing, pounding and roller extracting operations in plants like workshops. Movable piston is standard on motorized models. All Machines equipped with V-blocks.

GARAGE TYPE PRESSES

These machine is suitable for basic sheet metal folding. With its special press brake die, holders and prisms; offers you economic folding. Adjustable pressure, stepless stroke is other advantages of machine.

H TYPE MODULAR HYDRAULIC PRESSES

These machines used in general assembly, straightening work, testing work pieces, pressing bearings in and out, cutting, pressing and waiting while pressing which are made with molds. It offers comfortable and easy use with automatic work property.

UNIVERSAL T SLOT HYDRAULIC PRESSES

These Machines is suitable for replace molds. High capacity workshop forming press with extra 2 guide pistons in both sides. Used for simple sheet metal forming mostly. With its optional press brake tooling you can use your press like a press brake.

HYDRAULIC DEEP DRAWING PRESSES

Deep Drawing Presses are the main machines used in fields like Automotive, White Appliances and Natural Gas. These types of presses are generally known as double effect presses because they apply the pressure from the up and work with the cushion cylinders from the down. This process is made by giving shape to sheet metal materials in various thickness and different characteristics (steel, stainless steel, alloy sheet etc.) with high pressure between a male and female mold.
